Bio:
Dick Cheney were formed in september 2003 by Johne Wolgast (guitar), Filip Hagkvist (bass and some backup) and Erik Viklund (voice) and it took a wile untill they got a solid line up. In 2004 they met Erik Gunnarsson a solid drummer from their friends band Rabid Grannies. Finally the band seem complete with members who actually wanted to play music. The newest member is Dag Lantz (guitar) who is also playing Reign Of Bombs who replaced Johne who got himself a job in Brussels. The music is fast and raw hardcore/punk with influences from some thrash bands.

After being inactive for a while cause of the mentioned lineup problems in 2005 Dick Cheney released two split-7”s on Thrashbastard Records with The Tangled Lines from Germany (co-released by Refuse Recs from Poland) and B.U.S.H. from Brazil (co-released by Coughing Up recs from United States / Tape for South East Asia by Time Up Recs from Indonesia) and has been touring in october across whole Europe (Sweden, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal).
